Cooking
- Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the lemon juice and zest over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
To store, let the chicken cool completely and place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Use fresh garlic for better flavor. For more intense lemon flavor, add more lemon juice and zest.
