  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Pour the lemon juice and zest over the chicken.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

To store, let the chicken cool completely and place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Use fresh garlic for better flavor. For more intense lemon flavor, add more lemon juice and zest.
