Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out approximately 24 small balls.
- Use your hands to roll each scoop into a ball and place them on a plate.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can freeze for longer storage, using parchment paper to separate them.
