Preparation
- Crush the entire packet of Oreos in a food processor until you achieve fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended.
- Using your hands, scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the rolled balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
Dipping
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating entirely, then place them back on the baking sheet.
- If desired, drizzle melted orange candy melts on top for decoration.
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for uniform size, chill the chocolate to ensure proper setting, and consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt for flavor enhancement.
