  • 1 package 8 oz package cream cheese, softened Let it come to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Add a dash more for extra festive flavor.
  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted Use good quality chocolate for best results.
  • 1/2 cup orange candy melts (optional) For drizzling or decorative flair.

Preparation
  1. Crush the entire packet of Oreos in a food processor until you achieve fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended.
  3. Using your hands, scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the rolled balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
Dipping
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating entirely, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  3. If desired, drizzle melted orange candy melts on top for decoration.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniform size, chill the chocolate to ensure proper setting, and consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt for flavor enhancement.
