- Place Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside a couple of tablespoons for topping.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or reserved Oreo crumbs before the chocolate sets. Let set completely before serving.
Notes
These no-bake treats are perfect for freezing ahead of time. Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized portions and consider swapping white chocolate for dark or milk for variety.
