Ingredients
  

  • 36 Golden Oreos crushed, reserve some for topping
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy coating melted
  • cinnamon sugar or extra Oreo crumbs for topping

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Microwave or Double Boiler
  • Parchment Paper

Method
 

  1. Place Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside a couple of tablespoons for topping.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  6. Dip each chilled ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or reserved Oreo crumbs before the chocolate sets. Let set completely before serving.

Notes

These no-bake treats are perfect for freezing ahead of time. Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized portions and consider swapping white chocolate for dark or milk for variety.
