  • 4 pieces Pork chops Choose thick-cut for a juicier result.
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Choose your preferred type (Dijon, whole grain, honey mustard) for unique flavors.
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup White wine Can be substituted with chicken broth if preferred.
  • 2 pieces Apples (optional) Fry in a separate pan until soft.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, sear the pork chops over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, add the mustard, cream, and white wine. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  2. Return the pork chops to the skillet, cover, and cook until they are cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. If using, fry the apples in a separate pan until soft.
Serving
  1. Serve the pork chops hot, drizzled with the creamy Dijon sauce, and the apples on the side.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave. Taste the sauce before serving and adjust the mustard or cream as desired.
