- Wash and pit the plums. If using prunes, drain them after soaking.
- Add plums, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For a chilled version, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Serve chilled and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. It can also be used as a base for smoothies or paired with granola.
