Ingredients
  

For the Plum Milk
  • 2 pieces ripe plums For a richer flavor, use black or red plums.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) Almond, oat, or coconut milk are good alternatives.
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste if desired.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional) For added flavor.
  • as needed cubes ice For a chilled drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and pit the plums. If using prunes, drain them after soaking.
  2. Add plums, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. For a chilled version, add ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Serve chilled and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. It can also be used as a base for smoothies or paired with granola.
