Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the dough pieces, mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and melted butter.
- Grease a muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.
- Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
