Method
 

  1. Warm a glass of filtered water until it's cozy but not hot.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved. The water should taste lightly salty.
  3. Optionally, squeeze in fresh lemon juice for added benefits.
  4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.

Notes
