Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks Fresh works best, but frozen can be used.
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled Fresh strawberries preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar Can substitute with honey or maple syrup.
  • 4 cups water Cold water is recommended for a refreshing taste.
  • Ice For serving.
  • Lime wedges For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, hulled strawberries, and agave nectar. Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Pour in 2 cups of water and blend again until fully combined, about another 15 seconds.
  3. Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the blended mixture into a pitcher to remove the pulp, pressing gently with a spatula to extract as much juice as possible.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the strainer and stir well to combine.
  5. Pour the Pineapple Strawberry Fresh Water over ice and garnish with lime wedges before serving.

Notes

For best results, serve chilled in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant colors. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
