Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat (around 375°F).

  3. Marinate the pork chops in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Once marinated, place the pork chops on the grill or skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  3. In the last few minutes of cooking, add the pineapple slices to the grill or skillet to caramelize.
