Cooking

- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, add the pineapple slices to the grill or skillet to caramelize.
Serving
- Serve the pork chops with the caramelized pineapple slices on top.
