  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (around 375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork tenderloin cubes with pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Thread the pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally every 5-7 minutes.
  2. Brush with any remaining BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling if desired.
  3. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
