Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk gently until blended.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.
- Place a generous helping of shredded cheese right in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the sides of the biscuit over the cheese and roll it into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
- Carefully dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and arrange on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush the remaining garlic butter on top before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately while warm for best taste. Can experiment with different types of cheese.
