  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits Use fresh biscuits for the best texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted Adds richness to the biscuits.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Adds color and fresh flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder For an extra punch of flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper To bring all the flavors together.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk gently until blended.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.
  4. Place a generous helping of shredded cheese right in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the sides of the biscuit over the cheese and roll it into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
  6. Carefully dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and arrange on the greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Brush the remaining garlic butter on top before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately while warm for best taste. Can experiment with different types of cheese.
