  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice in half: Carefully peel the shells off and cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  4. Make the filling: In a bowl, scoop out the yolks and mash them. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
