Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green pepper; cook until they are softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the meat mixture on toasted buns and top with provolone cheese.

Notes
