Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 4 toasted buns Make sure to toast well to hold the filling
  • to taste Provolone cheese slices Can substitute with cheddar or mozzarella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green pepper. Cook until they are softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the beef mixture on toasted buns, topped with sliced provolone cheese.

Notes

Leftover mixture can be stored in an airtight container for about 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in the stove or microwave.
