- In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper. Cook until they are softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture on toasted buns, topped with sliced provolone cheese.
Notes
Leftover mixture can be stored in an airtight container for about 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in the stove or microwave.
