Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray.
- Place a small amount of marinara sauce on each triangle of dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll up the crescent triangles starting from the wide end to the tip.
- Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Add a sprinkle of Italian herbs or crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
