Preparation

- Place the cubed bread and sliced bananas evenly in the dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bananas. Use a spatula to gently press down, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Baking
- Remove the casserole from the refrigerator and uncover.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the casserole has set.
