Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the pork ribs with olive oil to evenly coat.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this mixture over the ribs.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them tightly with more foil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until meat is tender and pulls away from the bones.
- If desired, brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes and switch to broil for a caramelized finish.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Marinating overnight can enhance flavors.
