Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.

  4. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. In the last 10 minutes of roasting, add diced apples to the baking sheet.
  3. After roasting, mix in the fresh pecans and pomegranate seeds before serving.
