Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into burger-sized patties, making sure they are about 1/2-inch thick, with a small indentation in the center.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the patties are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/70°C).
- Consider flipping the patties halfway through cooking for even browning.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on burger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any other toppings you desire.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individually wrapped patties.
