  • 1 lb ground beef Use ground beef for the juiciest burgers.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For extra flavor.
Toppings
  • 4 pieces burger buns Choose your favorite type.
  • 4 leaves lettuce For freshness.
  • 1 medium tomato Sliced.
  • 4 slices cheese Use your preferred cheese.
  • Other desired toppings Such as ketchup, mustard, or avocado.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into burger-sized patties, making sure they are about 1/2-inch thick, with a small indentation in the center.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the patties are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/70°C).
  2. Consider flipping the patties halfway through cooking for even browning.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve on burger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any other toppings you desire.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individually wrapped patties.
