Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal each wrapper, ensuring no air escapes.
- Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Making the Sauce
- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Drizzle some of the peanut sauce over the arranged dumplings, reserving the rest for serving.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dumplings are golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Serve the dumplings hot with the remaining peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the dumplings lightly with cooking oil before baking. Always keep an eye on them while baking to ensure they don’t overcook.
