Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
- Coat both sides of the seasoned fillets with the spice mixture, pressing lightly.
- Place the seasoned fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best texture, reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes.
