Ingredients
  

For the Drink
  • 1 cup coconut water Hydration at its finest! This is the healthy, refreshing base.
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk Canned or sub heavy cream for that velvety creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Use freshly squeezed for that extra zing.
  • 2-3 tbsp maple or simple syrup Sweeten to your taste; maple adds depth.
  • 1 oz lime juice A splash of zest that balances the sweetness.
  • 1.5 oz non-alcoholic tequila Gives a classic cocktail vibe.
  • 1 tbsp honey A drizzle before serving adds sweetness.
For the Garnish
  • as needed toasted coconut For the garnish—adds a lovely crunch.
  • as needed lime and orange zest Elevates the aroma and looks cheerful.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix together toasted coconut and the zest of 1/2 lemon and lime on a plate.
  2. Add honey to the side of your glass and roll it in the toasted coconut mixture.
Making the Drink
  1. Add the creamsicle drink ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake for about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture over a glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a dried orange slice and top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for an ultra-refreshing drink. Adjust sweetness to your liking. You can prep the drink mixture in advance (minus the ice).
