- Start by bringing the whole milk and water or broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Once boiling, add your choice of pasta and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Next, stir in the finely chopped broccoli and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until both the pasta and broccoli are cooked to your liking.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, and butter or ghee (if using) until the cheese has completely melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious, healthy meal!
Notes
To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a splash of milk to loosen.
