- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally. If it looks dry, add a splash of water.
- Once the pasta is al dente, lower the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
