Ingredients
  

Pasta and Base
  • 8 oz Fettuccine or penne pasta Choose your favorite shape!
  • 2 tbsp Butter For a rich, velvety mouthfeel.
Flavorings
  • 4 clove Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic for bold flavor.
  • 2 cups Whole milk Creates the richest sauce. Substitute with a plant-based alternative if needed.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) Freshly grated for best melting.
  • Salt Salt and Pepper Season to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped) Optional garnish for color and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt a couple tablespoons of butter until it starts to foam gently.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally. If it looks dry, add a splash of water.
  6. Once the pasta is al dente, lower the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

This recipe is customizable with additional veggies or flavors. You can make it ahead by prepping ingredients and store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days. For freezing, cool completely and use an airtight container for up to 3 months.
