- Whisk vigorously until all ingredients are well blended and the mixture is creamy, typically about 1-2 minutes of whisking.
- Pour the dressing into a jar or an airtight container for storage. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Before serving, give the jar a good shake to ensure all ingredients are mixed nicely.
Notes
This dressing is best served chilled. Great as a dip for fresh veggies or drizzled over salads. Can also be used as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish. Freezing is not recommended as it affects the mayonnaise texture.
