Preparation
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, mashed bananas, raisins, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Check at the 15-minute mark; the cookies should be firm to the touch but still soft in the center.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container. They last about a week in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
