For the latte
  • 1 cup brewed coffee Use your favorite coffee.
  • 1 teaspoon reishi or chaga powder Choose your desired mushroom for health benefits.
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey or maple syrup) Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative Almond, oat, or coconut milk can be used.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the latte.
  • to taste Cinnamon or cocoa powder For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the reishi or chaga powder with sweetener and a little hot water to make a paste.
  3. Add the milk or milk alternative to the coffee and heat them together.
  4. Stir in the reishi or chaga paste and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder for garnish, and enjoy your healthy mushroom coffee latte!

Notes

Experiment with different types of milk and sweeteners. For an extra creamy texture, froth the milk before adding it to the coffee. You can reheat leftovers in the microwave or on the stove, but make sure to stir well before serving.
