- Brew your coffee as you normally do.
- In a separate cup, combine the mushroom powder with a little hot water to make a paste.
- Add the brewed coffee to the mushroom paste and stir well until mixed.
- If desired, add sweetener and a splash of milk or plant-based milk.
- Stir again, and your mushroom coffee is ready to enjoy!
Notes
Mushroom coffee can be served hot or iced. Top it with spices like cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor. It’s best to make mushroom coffee fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. If using sweeteners or milk, be mindful of their shelf life.
