- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Heat over medium heat until hot, but do not boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve warm in mugs, garnished with additional orange slices and cinnamon sticks if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving. You can create a non-alcoholic version by using grape juice instead of wine.
