Preparation
  1. In a sturdy glass, take the fresh mint leaves and add them with the fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Gently press down to release the mint oils without shredding the leaves, approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the white rum, allowing the flavors to mingle for a moment.
  3. Gently pour the club soda over the mixture, filling it to your preferred level. Stir the drink lightly to incorporate the ingredients.
  4. Finish by garnishing with lime wedges and fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

For the best experience, serve chilled in clear glasses. Pair with light snacks like shrimp tacos or fresh ceviche. For a refreshing touch, allow your Mojito to steep for a few minutes after mixing.
