Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add in melted butter and mix well until combined.
  4. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
