Preparation
- Crush the OREO cookies using a blender, food processor, or by smashing them in a sealed plastic bag. Stir the mixture with a fork between blends for the finest consistency.
- Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Use a cookie scoop to measure out approximately 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place them on a parchment or wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 20-30 minutes.
Dipping
- Melt candy coating or chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place them back on the lined pan.
- For drizzling, melt 1 tablespoon of green chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips in a sandwich bag for 40 seconds. Massage the bag, snip a tiny corner, and drizzle over each ball.
- Optionally, sprinkle with green sprinkles.
Notes
Chill the balls before dipping to avoid crumbs in the chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze separated by parchment paper.
