Preparation
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
- Process on high until the mixture starts to stick together.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop a ball and roll it in between your hands.
- Place the rolled ball on a plate.
- Continue this process until you have used up all the dough.
Notes
Store in a sealed bag or container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating if taken out from the freezer.
