Preparation
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives or parsley. Serve chilled.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 2 days. For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped pickles to the yolk mixture.
