Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  2. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives or parsley. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 2 days. For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped pickles to the yolk mixture.
