  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Boneless or bone-in
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in spices for a few hours before cooking. You can also freeze the chicken thighs in the sauce for up to three months.
