Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, chicken broth, cream, and honey. Mix well.
- Stir in grated Parmesan until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Place the seared chicken back into the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Cooking Ramen
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and then drain them.
Combining and Serving
- Mix the cooked ramen noodles into the sauce in the pan.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh basil and more Parmesan if desired.
Notes
