  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the Italian seasoning and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
