Notes
Make sure to sear the chicken properly to create a nice golden-brown crust. Adjust the amount of sun-dried tomatoes to taste. For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. You can customize by adding spinach or Parmesan cheese, or red pepper flakes for spice.
