Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 30–45 minutes until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut the dough into 3×3-inch squares.
Place a teaspoon of pizza sauce and a generous pinch of cheese onto each square.
Add pepperoni, bacon, or herbs, depending on your preferred flavor.
Fold each square into a triangle or ball, pinching the edges to seal.
Arrange the puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Experiment with different fillings like sausage, mushrooms, or jalapeños for a personalized touch!
