Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly coating with non-stick spray.
- Spread the trimmed asparagus across the baking pan. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in an even layer.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the asparagus. Top with ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender inside.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese while hot.
