Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing

  • 1 pound green beans Blanched as a side

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour lemon juice over the chicken, cover, and cook on low for about 15 minutes.
Cooking the Green Beans
  1. Meanwhile, blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken thighs with green beans, drizzling any pan juices on top, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the garlic, as it can become bitter if burned. You may marinate the chicken thighs in lemon juice and garlic for more flavor beforehand. Feel free to change herbs or spices to suit your taste.
