Preparation
  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add almond flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey. Blend again until a thick dough forms.
  3. Stir in the dried blueberries with a spoon or spatula to keep them whole.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into small bites, about 6 to 8 total.
  5. Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
