  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and your choice of spice (like red pepper flakes) to taste, mixing well.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes
