  • 2 cans 2 (12.4-oz) cans refrigerated Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 1 package 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup 1 cup milk

  • purple, yellow, green sugar For decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Separate cinnamon rolls and save the icing for later use. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
  3. Place the cut cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar with a hand-held electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  6. Pour in the milk and stir until everything is combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chopped cinnamon rolls.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the saved cinnamon roll icing over the top of the casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with colored sugar for a festive touch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave. You can add flavored cream cheese for extra flavor and drizzle more icing for sweetness. Line the pan with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
