Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Separate cinnamon rolls and save the icing for later use. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
- Place the cut cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar with a hand-held electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
- Pour in the milk and stir until everything is combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chopped cinnamon rolls.
Baking
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Spread the saved cinnamon roll icing over the top of the casserole.
- Sprinkle with colored sugar for a festive touch.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave. You can add flavored cream cheese for extra flavor and drizzle more icing for sweetness. Line the pan with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
