- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until soft, stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Reduce the heat to low and mix in the shredded cheese until it’s fully melted.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into the keto rolls or low-carb wraps.
- Serve your rolls while they’re piping hot.
Notes
Store filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for 2-3 months. Pair with a refreshing salad or zucchini fries.
