Cooking
- Place one beef ball on the hot surface and smash it down to about half an inch thick using a heavy spatula. Repeat this step for the remaining beef balls.
- Cook the smashed patties for about 2 minutes until the edges are crispy. Then, top each patty with a slice of American cheese.
