Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a greased baking dish, evenly spaced.
Flavor Mixture
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Baking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
If freezing, wrap cooled tilapia tightly and store for about 2 months. Reheat in the oven to maintain moisture.
