Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop. Can be frozen for future meals. For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can bake instead of frying by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C) and baking for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
