- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Pat chicken dry with paper towels and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush chicken with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies. Leftovers are perfect for wraps, stir-fries, or pasta. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
