  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Pat chicken dry with paper towels and place on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush chicken with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
  3. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies. Leftovers are perfect for wraps, stir-fries, or pasta. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
